International Buyers: Please Note - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. This includes the order processing time and shipping time. Processing time for all products is 1 to 2 business days.

Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic Shipping: All domestic orders ship 5 to 7 business days after order date.

International Shipping: All international orders usually deliver within 10 to 14 business days via USPS

CUSTOM JEWELRY

Please allow 7-14 Business days for all Personalized Jewelry as these items are hand made.

TRACKING PACKAGES
If you receive a tracking # and package is not moving please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777.

We are not responsible for lost packages, when USPS states that your package was delivered.

If your package is LOST and you are requesting a refund, we cannot refund the shipping fee, only the product fee.
